30 Day Comfort Trial
At Mattress City, Inc. it is our goal to find the perfect mattress set for you. As of January 1, 2009, you may purchase your new premium sleep set with confidence. If after 30 days you are not satisfied with the comfort and support of your premium mattress set just contact us and we will gladly exchange it for you. The following conditions do apply to qualify for this 30 Day Comfort Trial:
The 30 Day Comfort Trial begins on the day of the sales transaction regardless of when the mattress set is delivered or used for the first time.
The mattress set must be kept for 30 days from the date of the sales transaction in order for the customer to be allowed to adjust to the comfort and support of the new mattress set.
The mattress must be purchased with new boxsprings as well as a mattress protector and must be delivered by Mattress City, Inc. to ensure proper setup and support.
A one-time reselection, for the mattress only, must be made within 5 days after the end of the 30 Day Comfort Trial.
A 20% inspection/pick up/redelivery/sanitation fee will be charged on the mattress reselection.
Any staining or signs of abuse including removing law tags and labels from the mattress set will void this 30 Day Comfort Trial.
Reselection will only be allowed on mattresses of equal or greater value.
The 30 Day Comfort Trial applies to premium bedding only that includes all Simmons Beautyrest and SpringAir Backsupporter mattress sets.
